Cadenza Orchestra

The Cadenza Orchestra is for students with at least two years of experience playing their string instrument. These students may have little or no experience playing in an orchestra, but should be comfortable reading and playing music of various styles in different keys without note names and/or fingering numbers written in. Though age is not the only factor in determining the best ensemble for your student, the Cadenza Orchestra is suitable for the typical strings student entering 6th-8th grade. If you are unsure about which level of honors is right for your student, please consult your student's music teacher or contact us and we'll help you decide.

The Cadenza Orchestra rehearses Monday through Thursday for two weeks from 3:30-5:00 with a dress rehearsal on Friday from 4:00-5:00 final performance on Saturday at 10:00.
