Intermezzo Camp

Intermezzo camp is designed for students with one year experience who wish to continue playing violin, viola, cello, or bass. These students generally have completed the fourth grade strings curriculum with LPS and plan to continue in fifth grade, though other students with similar experience will enjoy this camp as well. Intermezzo camp builds on the skills students have learned and introduces concepts students will encounter during their second year playing their instrument. Our camp ends with a final concert at which students demonstrate the skills they have acquired during their short time at SAIL Camp.

Intermezzo camp is offered for two weeks during the summer. Choose the week or location that works better for you. Intermezzo camps run from 11:30 am-2:30 pm Monday through Friday with a final performance at 10:00 am on Saturday. Tuition for Intermezzo camp is $80 for the week and includes instruction, camp photos, a SAIL Music Log, and a SAIL Camp t-shirt.

Students who qualify for free and reduced lunch at school may be eligible for tuition assistance. For more information, click here.
