Elementary Camps

Our elementary school camps are designed for students entering 4th and 5th grade or students with 0-1 year of experience playing their instrument. These camps focus on fostering a love for playing string instruments through developing good fundamental technique and building basic musicianship skills. Our staff are some of the best public and private strings teachers from the Lincoln area and have decades of experience working with young string students. Whether you're looking for a jump-start into the LPS string curriculum or just a fun experience making music, our elementary camps are a great summer opportunity for your strings student!

A typical day at one of our elementary camps consists of two "fish school" classes, a singing class, playtime, and an opportunity to spend money at the ship's store. For a more detailed schedule, click here.

Elementary SAIL Camps are our longest-running and most popular camps. We offer these camp experiences twice at the end of the summer, hosted at two different LPS schools. Choose the week or location that works better for you and be sure to sign up quickly as we have a limited number of seats in each class.
